Refund policy

Aurous Luminous is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! Please buy with confidence anytime you shop with us. You may return new/unused item within 90 days after ship date. However, if you are unsatisfied with the product after using it, you may return it within 30 days of delivery date. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method, store credit, or gift card exchange. All U.S returns have a handling fee of 5.00 per order and we will send you return label. Exchanges are always free.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund. Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. If your original payment method is no longer available, we offer store credit or gift card exchange. We do not accept returns after 90 days from the ship date. If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, we require that you contact us within five days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Once you have placed an order and it has shipped, we are unable to cancel or make edits.
